"My order showed up in really plain..."
My order showed up in really plain, messy packaging and it made the whole thing feel cheap. The box looked like it was just thrown together, which was disappointing right from the start. On top of that, it felt like there were too many little steps just to deal with everything, which made the experience even more frustrating. If presentation matters to you, I probably wouldn’t recommend ordering

"Runs a little tight at the waist"
I ordered my usual size, but the dress was tighter around the waist than I expected. The length was fine, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I wouldn’t just trust the usual “true to size” type wording companies like to use. Definitely check the size chart before ordering.

My order was kinda right, I got most of the items I was expecting and nothing was a huge disaster, but it wasn’t totally perfect either so it was fine overall I guess

"Way too expensive for what you get"
I felt like the prices were really high for the quality. It just didn’t seem worth what I paid. Has anyone else had the same issue with this?

"Looked nicer than it felt to use"
At first, I thought the site looked really clean and promising, and some of the designs are definitely cute. The simple colors are nice too, but once I started browsing, a few pages felt plain and not as easy to navigate as I expected. I guess I felt a little misled by the overall look because it seemed like it would be more polished or easier to shop through. It’s not bad, but it didn’t really stand out to me in the end.

I really wanted to like it, but the fabric feels cheap and a bit itchy. It’s rough and thin, and just wasn’t comfy for me. I wore it once and couldn’t wait to take it off, haha.

"Return process dragged on too long"
I was already a bit frustrated when I started the exchange, and the whole process just made it worse. It took way longer than I expected, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling unsure about what was happening next.

"I ordered from ruesophie.com hoping it..."
I ordered from ruesophie.com hoping it would be decent, but the quality really let me down. Compared to other clothes I’ve bought online for around the same price, this felt much cheaper. The fabric was flimsy, the stitching was already loose, and it didn’t look like what I had pictured at all. After just one wash, it looked even worse. For me, it definitely wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t order again...

The site was easy to use. I didn’t have to click around forever or wonder where things were, pages loaded fine, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. Nothing confusing, nothing annoying... just a smooth online shopping experience.

"Pretty disappointing support experience"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering from ruesophie.com: my experience with their customer service wasn’t great. I reached out to support a few times and the replies were really slow, and when they did respond, it didn’t feel very helpful or like they were actually trying to sort things out. Maybe others have had better luck, but personally I wouldn’t order from them again.

"This looked nothing like the photos or..."
This looked nothing like the photos or what was described. The fabric felt way cheaper than expected, and the sizing was just completely off. I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t trust the product details next time.
